Built on an orthotropic U-channel deck structure, the OTTER achieves strong load distribution, low deflection, and reliable fatigue resistance while maintaining a lighter and more portable form factor. Its modular architecture is designed for efficient transport, straightforward installation, and simple expansion when site requirements change. Each OTTER™ module is fabricated with tight dimensional tolerances to ensure consistent fit and stable alignment during installation. The deck sections are pre-cambered to maintain flatness under load, and all structural seams receive full welding for long-term rigidity. Surface preparation and coating follow established industrial standards. Deck modules are bead blasted to SA 2.5 and coated with an epoxy primer and protective top layer for corrosion resistance in outdoor environments. Optional galvanization is available for sites with higher moisture/chemical exposure or seasonal weather extremes.
The OTTER™ uses ANYLOAD’s OIML-certified rocker column canister load cells and supports a broad selection of indicators and peripherals, allowing dealers and integrators to configure systems suited to local regulatory and operational needs. What maintenance does the OTTER™ require?
Routine inspection and cleaning of the deck surface, load cell pockets, and cabling are generally sufficient. The sealed, continuous-weld design minimizes internal corrosion and the need for frequent adjustments. Preventive maintenance schedules can be customized by your authorized dealer based on site conditions.
