106HS Canister Load Cell

Designed for canister and disk-type installations, the 106HS is well suited for tank weighing, hopper scales, silo weighing, and other high-capacity industrial weighing systems that require a compact, load-bearing sensor capable of handling significant compressive forces. With non-linearity, repeatability, and hysteresis error all held within ±0.023%, the 106HS provides consistent, repeatable measurements even under continuous industrial use, and its 150% safe overload and 300% breaking overload ratings offer a wide margin of protection against unexpected load spikes.

The 106HS carries NTEP 1:10,000 Class IIIL multiple cell and OIML MAA C3, Y=16,000 certifications, making it suitable for legal-for-trade weighing applications. ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions are available with the “-Ex” suffix for use in hazardous locations such as grain handling, chemical processing, and bulk material facilities. A complete range of mounting hardware, including mounting caps, clamps, rubber shields, pins, and circular plates, is available separately to support proper canister-style installation.
