FSP-HD Heavy Duty Mild Steel Floor Scale

Every FSP-HD complete set includes IP67-rated alloy steel load cells (563YH-23 series) carrying OIML MAA and NTEP certification, making the platform suitable for legal-for-trade weighing operations. The scale is supplied with four heavy duty swivel mild steel feet (AMF-F-3/4 or AMF-F-M18) fitted with removable rubber bases, allowing stable leveling on uneven or uneven-prone floor surfaces. An IP67 aluminum junction box (J04EA-16) and level bubble round out the included hardware, giving installers everything needed for a complete, ready-to-use floor scale system. FSP-HD floor scale is covered under warranty for a period of 5 years and is available in standard as well as custom sizes.

The FSP-HD platform measures 48″ x 48″ x 4″ and is available across a range of capacities, including 2.5t, 5t, 5Klb, and 10Klb, with divisions as fine as 0.5kg/1lb depending on capacity. Constructed from painted mild steel with a 0.24″/6mm deck plate thickness, the platform is built to handle repeated heavy loads without compromising accuracy. It carries Measurement Canada approval for select 5Klb capacities and NTEP 1:5,000 Class III approval across 1Klb to 10Klb capacities, supporting applications such as pallet weighing, bulk material handling, shipping and receiving, and inventory control in industrial and commercial facilities.
