OCSD Wireless Dynamometer

Built for field use, the OCSD includes a peak hold function, two programmable set-points for safety and warning thresholds, and selectable weight units (kg/lb/t/N/kN). An auto power-off function extends the 50-hour battery life, powered by 3 x AA batteries. The unit’s shackle-style hook design matches standard rigging shackles, and shackles or indicators can be added as optional accessories.

The OCSD pairs with a range of wireless indicators to suit different operating environments: the compact P180 palm-size receiver for lightweight portable use, the handheld P380 for comfortable field operation with two programmable set-points, and the P580 indicator/printer for applications requiring on-site data logging and printed weight tickets. An optional large-format LED scoreboard display (BD3/BD5) is also available for high-visibility readouts in crane and hoist operations. All indicators communicate wirelessly with the load cell at a 2.4GHz frequency over distances up to 30m, supporting calibration, taring, and zeroing without physical connection to the dynamometer.
