805BS Digital Weight Indicator

The 805BS is NTEP III/IIIL 10,000 approved and Measurement Canada III 10,000 (III HD 20,000) approved, supporting legal-for-trade applications. It accommodates up to 16 × 700Ω or 8 × 350Ω load cells at 5V DC ±5% excitation, with a resettable 1.1A fuse for circuit protection, allowing it to pair with a wide range of scale platforms. Power flexibility is provided through either an external AC adaptor or rechargeable 7.4V/4000mA lithium batteries, supporting both fixed installations and mobile weighing setups.

Standard communication is via RS-232, with an RS-232 & RS-485 variant (805BS-B-19) available for networked or multi-point installations, alongside a serial print interface for ticket and label output. Built-in functions include auto zero scale, auto zero tracking, peak hold, counting, zero scale, tare, gross/net, two-way relay signal output, programmable print format, and a built-in clock — supporting batching, checkweighing, inventory control, and general process weighing tasks.
