805HP-WL Hand Held Wireless Digital Indicator
The ANYLOAD 805HP-WL is a wireless handheld weighing indicator built for applications requiring remote weight monitoring without a hardwired connection to a scale base or platform. Housed in a durable ABS enclosure rated IP65, the unit is designed to withstand dusty and wet industrial environments while remaining lightweight and easy to handle in the field. Its compact 170mm x 98mm x 34mm body runs on three widely available AA alkaline batteries, delivering up to 100 hours of continuous use on a full charge.
The 805HP-WL features a 6-digit LCD display with LED backlight for clear readability in low-light conditions, and supports multiple selectable units of measurement including kg, g, t, lb, Klb, N, kN, oz, and a user-defined unit. Wireless transmission range extends up to 30m (98ft) at the lowest power setting and up to 75m (246ft) at the highest power setting under unobstructed conditions, making it suitable for remote display applications where the operator needs distance from the weighing point. Core functions include Auto-Zero-Tracking, Auto-Zero, Manual-Zero, Hold, Peak-Hold, and TARE, along with two configurable set-points for precaution and warning thresholds and onboard overloading recording.
Engineers can fine-tune performance with 10 user-selectable analog-to-digital converting frequencies, adjustable display intervals, weight and digital calibration, and configurable auto power-off and power-saving timing. Non-volatile memory ensures reliable data retention even after power loss. The 805HP-WL is available in four part number configurations combining optional RS-232 communication output with either 433 MHz or 915 MHz wireless frequency, allowing customers to match the unit to their existing wireless infrastructure and regional frequency requirements.
