FSP Mild Steel Floor Scale

Each FSP scale ships as a complete system, including IP67-rated alloy steel load cells (563YH-23 series) that carry both OIML MAA and NTEP certification, ensuring the platform is ready for legal-for-trade applications right out of the box. The scale is supported on four swivel mild steel feet (AMF-F) with removable rubber bases, allowing for easy leveling on uneven floors, and includes threaded eyebolt holes with two eyebolts for straightforward lifting and installation. Signal wiring is managed through a single IP67 aluminum junction box (J04EA-16), and a built-in level bubble helps confirm proper setup on-site.

FSP floor scales are covered under warranty for a period of 3 years and are available in standard as well as custom sizes. The FSP platform is available in multiple sizes — including 3×3, 4×4, 5×5, 4×6, and 5×7 foot configurations — with rated capacities ranging from 500 kg up to 10,000 lb, making it adaptable to a wide variety of receiving docks, production floors, and general industrial weighing stations. Select configurations carry Measurement Canada approval, and a broad range of capacities are NTEP 1:5,000 Class III approved, supporting applications where certified, trade-legal weighing is required.

The FSP is commonly paired with optional accessories such as compatible digital indicators, entry ramps, and bumper guards to build out a complete weighing station tailored to a facility’s layout and traffic patterns.
