DGB-A Digiboard, Analogue Amplifier

The DGB-A DigiBoard Analogue Amplifier is a reliable signal amplifier designed to enhance analogue load cell signals for industrial weighing systems. It improves signal strength and stability, helping ensure accurate weight readings and consistent performance across scales and measurement applications.

  • One input port, can connect directly to 1×350Ω load cell @ 12 V DC power, or 2×350Ω load cells @ 24 V DC power
  • Input range: 0.2 – 10.0 mV/V
  • Reverse polarity protection
  • The chip is 24.6mm in diameter and can be embedded within load cells, making the load cells have built-in analog signal amplification
  • Software is used for calibration
  • DGB-A Chips can be embedded into load cells for built-in analog signal amplification (special order required)
  • Designed for all strain gauge sensors including tension, compression, torque, and pressure load cells.
  • PC Software available for calibration, operations, and data acquisition.
