110ZHBL Tension Link Load Cell
The ANYLOAD 110ZHBL is a compact alloy steel, nickel-plated tension link load cell designed for suspended weighing, overhead lifting, and crane scale applications. Available in capacities of 1.5t – 2.50Klb, the 110ZHBL delivers a full scale output of 1.5 mV/V ±0.25% with excellent linearity and repeatability, making it well-suited for industrial force measurement and tension monitoring across a wide range of material handling and weighing systems.
Sealed to IP67, the 110ZHBL is built to withstand washdown, dust, and moisture exposure in demanding field environments. Its nickel-plated alloy steel construction provides corrosion resistance and durability for continuous use in both indoor and outdoor installations. The load cell operates across a compensated temperature range of -10°C to 50°C and is rated for safe overload to 150% and ultimate overload to 400% of full scale, offering a wide safety margin in dynamic loading conditions.
Available in ATEX, FM, and IECEx certified versions (carrying the “-Ex” suffix), the 110ZHBL is suitable for use in hazardous and explosive atmospheres, including petrochemical, oil and gas, mining, and other classified zone environments. The load cell ships with a 3.8 × 1.8m cable and is RoHS compliant, meeting international environmental standards for electronic components.
