363YH Compression and Tension Load Cell

The ANYLOAD 363YH is a canister-style alloy steel load cell engineered for both compression and tension force measurement across an exceptionally wide capacity range — from 1 tonne to 300 tonnes. Built with a nickel-plated alloy steel element and a welded IP67 seal, the 363YH delivers reliable performance in demanding industrial weighing environments where durability and measurement accuracy are critical.

The 363YH produces a standard 2 mV/V full scale output and is compatible with 10V excitation (15V maximum), making it straightforward to integrate with most industrial weight controllers and signal conditioners. Non-linearity and hysteresis are tightly controlled across the full capacity range, with repeatability held to ±0.020% or better for capacities up to 5 tonnes. The compensated temperature range of -10°C to 50°C (-14°F to 122°F) suits a broad range of indoor and outdoor industrial installations, while safe overload capacity of 150% and breaking overload of 300% of full scale provide a strong margin of protection against shock and surge loads.

Available in eleven standard capacities from 1t to 300t, each model carries a dedicated part number (363YH-Xt), with ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved variants identified by the “-Ex” suffix for use in hazardous or explosive environments. The 363YH is designed to work with Anyload’s MH363YH mounting head, BSP363YH base plate, and REH or EYH mounting hardware, supporting both direct canister-style mounting and multi-point platform scale configurations.
