J08ES, J08SS Junction Box
The ANYLOAD J08ES and J08SS Stainless Steel Junction Boxes are multi-cell summing enclosures built to connect and trim 2 to 8 single load cells within industrial weighing platforms. Housed in SS304 stainless steel with an IP65 rating, they are engineered to withstand washdown, outdoor, and corrosive environments where reliable load cell summing is critical. Each box supports section or individual cell trim, with either excitation or signal trim depending on model, giving system integrators flexibility when configuring multi-cell platforms.
Equipped with independent potentiometers, the J08ES and J08SS allow precise balancing across 350Ω, 700Ω, and 1000Ω load cell resistances, ensuring accurate combined output from all connected cells. Captive stainless steel screws and sealed M16 input and M20 output cable fittings simplify field installation and long-term maintenance, while the compact enclosure design suits tank scales, hopper scales, truck scales, silo weighing systems, and other multi-load-cell platforms.
Both models are available in multiple configurations, including versions with lightning protection and ATEX, FM, and IECEx hazardous-location approvals, identified by the “-Ex” suffix. This makes the J08ES and J08SS well suited not only for standard industrial and agricultural weighing applications but also for installations in classified hazardous areas where certified summing enclosures are required.
