J04ES, J04SS Junction Box

Each junction box is equipped with independent potentiometers for individual load cell trimming, allowing precise balancing across multiple cells feeding into a single indicator. Captive stainless steel screws simplify field service and prevent hardware loss during maintenance, while M16 input cable fittings accept 4mm to 8mm diameter cable and M20 output cable fittings accommodate 5mm to 9mm diameter cable, supporting a variety of cabling configurations between load cells and the indicator.

For applications requiring hazardous location approval, ATEX, FM, and IECEx certified versions are available, carrying the “-Ex” suffix. Models are also offered with or without lightning protection, sold as J04ES-II and J04SS-II. At approximately 0.7 kg, these compact junction boxes are well suited for platform scales, tank and hopper weighing systems, truck scales, and other multi-load-cell installations across industrial, agricultural, and process weighing applications.
