CNV100 Conveyor Belt Scale

The adjustable frame design simplifies installation and inventory management by allowing operators and dealers to keep a single system in stock and adapt it on site to the conveyor. The scale uses two stainless steel single-point load cells engineered specifically for conveyor belt scale applications, providing stable and repeatable measurement while keeping the mechanical system simple and durable. Designed for continuous operation, the CNV100 supports conveyor speeds of up to 800 ft/min (4 m/s) and performs reliably in high-throughput bulk handling applications such as aggregates, mining, cement, fertilizer, grain, recycling, and other industrial material processing operations.

For applications requiring improved accuracy, the CNV100 can be expanded into a dual-idler system using the included four-channel stainless steel junction box, allowing an additional scale frame and load cell pair to be integrated. The system pairs with the ANYLOAD AN610 HMI-style belt scale integrator and SPD100 galvanized steel pulse speed sensor, forming a durable and easy-to-operate conveyor weighing system designed for plant environments.
