CB7AP Load Cell Cable
The ANYLOAD CB7AP is a 7-wire load cell cable engineered to provide durable, shielded signal transmission between load cells and weighing instrumentation in demanding industrial environments. With a compact 7mm ± 0.2mm outside diameter and a coiled, extendable design, the CB7AP is well suited for applications where flexible, retractable cabling is needed between moving or separated components, such as platform scales, crane scales, and portable weighing systems.
Constructed with tinned copper conductors (32 AWG, 0.149mm² cross section per wire) and a dual-layer shielding system combining a tinned copper braided screen with aluminum foil-polyester tape, the CB7AP delivers reliable noise rejection and signal integrity in electrically noisy plant environments. A durable polyurethane (PU) outer jacket protects against abrasion, moisture, and mechanical stress, while the cable’s low wire resistance and capacitance support stable, low-loss signal transmission over its 9m length.
Rated for operation from -30°C to 70°C (-22°F to 158°F), the CB7AP is designed for continuous use across a wide range of industrial and outdoor weighing applications, including bulk material handling, industrial process scales, and OEM load cell integration. The cable is available with inner shielding only (no outer shield, no reel), weighing approximately 0.7 kg.
