CB6 Load Cell Cable
The ANYLOAD CB6 and CB6RP are shielded 6-wire load cell cables designed for reliable signal transmission between load cells and weighing instrumentation in industrial environments. Both cables feature a tinned copper conductor, aluminum foil tape, tinned copper shield, and PE inside jacket with a PVC outer jacket, operating across a temperature range of -30°C to 70°C (-22°F to 158°F). Wire resistance is ≤0.09 Ω/m with a capacitance rating of ≤80 PF/m, making them well-suited for accurate, low-noise signal transmission in precision weighing systems.
The CB6 is available in three lengths — 100m (loose), 152m (500ft), and 300m (on reel) — with a 7.6mm outside diameter and 22 AWG conductors at 0.314mm² per wire. The CB6RP variant adds a stainless steel overbraid over the standard shielding construction for enhanced mechanical protection and is available in a 100m reel configuration with an 8.0mm outside diameter. These cables are designed for use in industrial weighing installations where shielded, low-resistance signal cable is required to maintain accuracy and minimize electromagnetic interference.
