The CB6 Load Cell Cable is a 6-wire shielded cable engineered for reliable signal transmission between load cells and weighing instrumentation. Built with a tinned copper conductor, PE inside jacket, aluminum foil tape, and tinned copper shield beneath a durable PVC outside jacket, the CB6 protects sensitive load cell signals from electrical noise while withstanding demanding industrial environments across a temperature range of -30°C to 70°C (-22°F to 158°F).
With an outside diameter of 7.6mm ± 0.2 and 22 AWG conductors offering 0.314mm²/wire cross-section, the CB6 delivers wire resistance of ≤ 0.09 Ω/m and capacitance of ≤ 80PF/m, ensuring stable, low-loss performance even over long cable runs. This makes it well suited for scale manufacturing, junction box wiring, panel integration, and load cell retrofits where consistent electrical characteristics are essential to measurement accuracy.
The CB6 is available in multiple lengths to match a variety of installation needs, including 100m supplied loose, 152m (500ft) on a reel, and 300m (984ft) on a reel. This range allows OEMs, panel builders, and system integrators to select the appropriate quantity for their application without unnecessary cable splicing or waste, streamlining both installation and inventory management.
If your application requires a custom cable length, alternate jacket material, or additional shielding, ANYLOAD can assist with cable selection and customization. We work with OEMs and system integrators to develop load cell cabling solutions tailored to specific installation environments and signal integrity requirements.
