The CB12 Load Cell Cable is a 12-wire shielded cable engineered for reliable signal transmission between load cells, junction boxes, and weighing instrumentation. Constructed with a PVC outside jacket, tinned copper shield, aluminum foil tape, and a PE inside jacket over tinned copper conductors, the CB12 provides strong protection against electrical noise and environmental degradation in industrial weighing installations.
Rated for continuous use from -30°C to 70°C (-22°F to 158°F), the CB12 features 24 AWG conductors with a wire resistance of ≤ 0.09Ω/m and capacitance of ≤ 80PF/m, ensuring stable, low-loss signal transfer over long cable runs. The 7.6mm ±0.2 outside diameter and 0.219mm²/wire cross-section area support durable, flexible routing in scale housings, junction boxes, and cable trays.
The CB12 is available in multiple length configurations to suit different installation needs: 100m loose (CB12-7.6-100m), 152m/500ft on a reel (CB12-7.6-500ft), and 300m on a reel (CB12-7.6-300m), with self-weights ranging from approximately 9.0 kg to 27.0 kg. This range makes it easy to select the right cable length and packaging format for platform scales, tank weighing systems, conveyor belt scales, and other multi-load-cell weighing applications.
If your installation requires custom cable lengths, connector terminations, or armored protection, ANYLOAD can assist with configuration and sourcing to match your specific load cell wiring and junction box requirements.
