Built with an environmentally sealed IP66 housing, the 247AS is protected against dust and moisture, making it well suited for washdown environments, outdoor installations, and industrial process weighing systems. The load cell delivers a full scale output of 1.5 mV/V ±20%, non-linearity under ±0.5%, and repeatability under ±0.3%, providing consistent accuracy across its rated capacities. A safe overload rating of 150% and breaking overload of 300% of full scale offer additional protection against overload conditions in real-world use.

For applications requiring certification in classified or explosive environments, the 247AS is available with ATEX, FM, and IECEx hazardous location approvals under the “-Ex” suffix.
