LB100-FP1 Load Bars
The ANYLOAD LB100-FP1 is a complete alloy steel load bar system paired with the 805HP-03 handheld indicator, engineered to deliver a ready-to-use portable weighing solution right out of the box. Factory pre-calibrated, the set requires no additional field calibration, making it ideal for operators who need a fast, reliable platform weighing system without extensive setup.
Each set consists of two load bars, with every bar housing two 563YH stainless steel load cells and a built-in J02EP-17 junction box, removing the need for a separate external wiring enclosure. A 6-meter rodent-protected cable runs from each bar to a male connector for direct connection to the 805HP-03 handheld indicator, while two specially made active mounting feet per bar allow the system to be leveled and secured on uneven or non-planar surfaces. Rated capacities range from 500 lb to 4,000 lb (200 kg to 4,000 kg) per set, with bar dimensions scaling to match platform size.
The LB100-FP1’s rugged construction and self-contained design make it well suited for portable platform scales, livestock and animal weighing, drum and tank weighing, tension and compression load monitoring, and other field or plant environments where a durable, easy-to-deploy load bar and handheld display combination is needed.
