LB100 Load Bars

Each load bar in the set integrates two 563YH-2.5Klb load cells and its own internal junction box, with a 6-meter rodent protection cable running to a separate J02EP-1-17 junction box equipped with dual male connectors for combining both bars into one weighing system. Two special active mounting feet are included per bar, simplifying leveling and installation on uneven or prepared floor surfaces. This all-in-one design reduces the number of components a builder needs to source and assemble when creating a new platform scale.

With rated capacities from 500 to 4,000 lb (100 to 2,000 kg) per set and standard dimensions suited to common floor scale sizes, the LB100 is well suited for warehousing, manufacturing, and material handling operations that need reliable low-height weighing points, such as pallet scales, in-floor platform scales, and other applications where a full frame scale would be impractical.
