FSP-GI Hot Dip Galvanized Mild Steel Floor Scale

Each FSP-GI ships as a complete set, including IP67-rated 563YH-23-2.5Klb alloy steel load cells certified to OIML MAA and NTEP standards, four swivel mild steel feet (AMF-F) with removable rubber bases for leveling on uneven floors, two eyebolts for lifting and positioning, an IP67 aluminum junction box (J04EA-16), and a level bubble for accurate on-site setup. Pre-trimmed corners and threaded eyebolt holes simplify installation and material handling around the platform.

The galvanized construction makes the FSP-GI well suited for food and beverage processing, wash-down areas, agriculture, outdoor installations, and other applications where moisture, humidity, or mild chemical exposure would shorten the life of a standard painted scale. At 138 kg (304 lb), the platform remains straightforward to install and position in typical industrial and commercial weighing setups.

FSP-GI floor scale is covered under warranty for a period of 3 years and is available in standard as well as custom sizes.The FSP-GI can be paired with compatible indicators, entry ramps, bumper guards, and scale base mounting plates to complete a full weighing station.
