110ES-WL-HP Salt Waterproof Wireless Tension Link
The ANYLOAD 110ES-WL-HP is a stainless steel cast wireless tension link load cell designed for dynamic lifting, rigging, and force measurement applications requiring IP68/69K-rated waterproof and washdown protection. Available in capacities from 1t to 100t, the 110ES-WL-HP transmits wirelessly at 433 MHz or 915 MHz with a range of up to 75 meters, making it well suited for crane weighing, overhead lifting, mooring, and marine tension monitoring where cabled connections are impractical.
Powered by three AA alkaline batteries with up to 100 hours of operation at lowest power settings, the 110ES-WL-HP is engineered for field portability without the need for external power. Its stainless steel casting provides corrosion resistance in harsh outdoor, marine, and industrial environments, and its IP68/69K dual rating ensures reliable performance during both prolonged submersion and high-pressure washdown. Maximum safety load is rated at 200% F.S. with an ultimate load of 400% F.S., supporting demanding rigging and lifting operations across a wide range of industries.
The 110ES-WL-HP pairs with separately ordered ANYLOAD indicators and is available with suggested shackles from the TBX and RBXS series to complete the lifting and weighing assembly. With divisions as fine as 1:5,000, this wireless tension link delivers measurement accuracy suitable for both legal-for-trade and industrial weighing applications in crane, hoist, offshore, construction, and heavy industry environments.
