535AHM2 Shackle Load Cell

The ANYLOAD 535AHM2 is an alloy steel shackle-style load cell that integrates a precision weighing sensor directly into a high tensile anchor shackle conforming to ISO2415-2004 requirements. Available in capacities from 5t – 100t, the 535AHM2 is engineered for dynamic and static tension force measurement in lifting, rigging, mooring, and industrial weighing applications where a dedicated load pin or inline load cell is impractical. The bobbin design ensures high accuracy and repeatability, while the IP67 environmentally sealed housing protects internal components from dust and water ingress in demanding field conditions.

The 535AHM2 delivers a full scale output of 2.5 mV/V ±5% with non-linearity and repeatability both rated at less than ±1% and ±0.5% respectively, making it well-suited for precision tension monitoring in safety-critical and process-critical lifting environments. Its standard 350Ω bridge configuration is compatible with most digital weight indicators and telemetry systems. Each capacity variant ships with an anti-rotation bracket and TBX shackle assembly, along with a rated cable — 5.1×6m for capacities up to 20t and 7.6×10m for capacities 30t and above.

With certifications including CE, ATEX, FM Approved, IECEx, and RoHS compliance, the 535AHM2 is cleared for use in hazardous and explosive environments, making it appropriate for offshore lifting, oil and gas facilities, crane and hoist systems, marine mooring, and heavy industrial rigging operations.
