Each channel features individual signal trimming through independent potentiometers, allowing technicians to balance load cell output without needing matched cells, which simplifies both installation and cell replacement in the field. Captive stainless steel screws prevent hardware loss during service, while switchable On/Off power per channel set allows sections of the system to be isolated for maintenance or diagnostics without shutting down the entire scale.

The J06SS-E-21 accepts M16 input cable fittings for 4-8mm diameter cable from load cells and M20 output fittings for 5-9mm diameter cable running to the indicator, with an expansion port available for connecting an additional junction box when systems require more than 6 load cell channels. The trimming range accommodates 350Ω, 700Ω, and 1000Ω load cell resistances with signal trim adjustments up to 7.0% of output.
