808BH Remote Display 5” with Built-in Traffic Light

The 808BH’s traffic light function can be controlled through two manual input switches (solid or blinking modes), pre-installed software utility programs, or serial ASCII commands sent from a compatible indicator, giving installers flexible options for automating GO/STOP signaling at scale sites. Its Auto-Learn technology automatically detects indicator string protocols and sets communication baud rates, simplifying setup with a wide range of weight indicators. Multiport communication supports independent RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, and 20mA current loop (active or passive) inputs, with echo-out and addressable multi-display output for larger installations.

Built for service-friendly maintenance, the 808BH features a modular design, external membrane keypad, hinged front cover, and pivoting internal electronics plates for easy access. It operates reliably from -40°C to 50°C (-40°F to 120°F) and runs on a UL-approved 100-240VAC power supply. With 4 status annunciators (GR, NT, lb, kg) and two dry contact switches plus a Form C relay for I/O, the 808BH is well suited for truck scales, weighbridges, ready-mix concrete plants, grain elevators, and other industrial weighing applications where remote visibility and automated traffic control are needed.
