563FSAS Single Ended Beam Load Cell

The ANYLOAD 563FSAS is a stainless steel single ended beam load cell rated at 2.5 Klb, constructed from 2Cr13 stainless steel and designed for precision force measurement in industrial weighing applications. With a full scale output of 0.4 mV/V ±0.25% and tight error specifications across non-linearity, repeatability, and hysteresis — all under ±0.017% — the 563FSAS delivers high-accuracy performance suitable for demanding static and dynamic weighing environments.

The load cell features an environmentally sealed IP66 rating, making it suitable for wet, washdown, and harsh industrial conditions. It operates across a compensated temperature range of -10°C to 50°C (14°F to 122°F), with a safe overload capacity of 200% and a breaking overload of 500% of full scale. The recommended excitation is 10V DC (15V maximum), with input and output resistances of 1100Ω ±50 and 1000Ω ±10 respectively.

The 563FSAS is available in two cable color code versions (A and B) and with or without a cable connector, providing flexibility for different installation and wiring configurations. ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions are available with the “-Ex” suffix, enabling use in hazardous and explosive area classifications. Its compact flange-mount form factor suits platform scales, hopper scales, tank weighing systems, and other industrial force measurement assemblies.
