110BH Tension Link Load Cell
The ANYLOAD 110BH is a tension link load cell manufactured from nickel-plated alloy steel, featuring a patented design built for reliable tension force measurement across a wide capacity range — from 1t to 120t. Its compact, symmetrical through-hole body accepts standard shackles at both ends, making it well suited for crane scales, overhead lifting and rigging systems, mooring and anchor line monitoring, and structural load testing applications where inline tension measurement is required.
The 110BH delivers a full scale output of 3.0 mV/V and operates with a recommended excitation of 10V DC (15V maximum), with an IP67 environmentally sealed rating that protects against dust and water ingress in outdoor and marine-adjacent installations. Accuracy performance includes non-linearity, repeatability, and hysteresis within ±0.017% FS, and creep within ±0.023% FS over 30 minutes, making it suitable for both legal-for-trade and industrial process weighing applications. Safe overload capacity is rated at 150% of full scale, with a breaking overload of 400%.
The 110BH is available in NTEP-certified and OIML-certified configurations for capacities from 1t to 50t, with ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions available for hazardous area use (designated by the “-Ex” suffix). Compatible accessories include a full range of SBX and RBXS shackles sized to each capacity, and the 110BHM3 weigh module for integrated mounting solutions.
