108TA Single Point Load Cell
The ANYLOAD 108TA is single-point aluminum load cells designed for high-accuracy weighing applications in platform scales, retail scales, and light industrial weighing systems. Available in capacities from 3 kg to 200 kg, these load cells feature a clear anodized aluminum construction with IP66 environmental sealing, making them suitable for use in moderately demanding environments where moisture and dust protection are required.
The 108TA uses metric mounting threads while the 108TAUN uses imperial (1/4-20 UNC) threads, allowing seamless integration into both metric and inch-based scale platforms. Three accuracy grades are offered — 1:3000, 1:4000, and 1:5000 — supporting NTEP Class III S certification up to 1:5000 and OIML approval, making them suitable for trade-approved and legal-for-trade weighing applications across a broad range of jurisdictions.
The 108TA is direct interchangeable replacements for widely used industry models including the Vishay Tedea-Huntleigh 1042, Flintec PC42, among others. This broad interchangeability makes them a practical drop-in solution for scale manufacturers and service technicians replacing load cells in existing platform scale assemblies. ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved variants are available with the “-Ex” suffix for use in hazardous and explosive environments.
