The ANYLOAD 563YSRS is a single-ended beam load cell manufactured from 17-4PH stainless steel, designed for precision weighing applications requiring corrosion resistance, hygienic construction, and legal-for-trade certification. Available in rated capacities from 1Klb to 10Klb, the 563YSRS delivers a full scale output of 2.0 mV/V ±1% with non-linearity, repeatability, and hysteresis error all within ±0.023%, and creep within ±0.030% over 30 minutes, making it well-suited for demanding industrial and commercial weighing systems.

The 563YSRS features an IP68 welded seal rating, providing reliable protection against water ingress in washdown and outdoor environments. Its 17-4PH stainless steel construction makes it appropriate for food processing, chemical, and pharmaceutical weighing applications where hygiene and corrosion resistance are priorities. The load cell is compatible with a 10V recommended excitation (15V maximum) and includes a standard 4.6m cable for straightforward integration into weighing systems.

The 563YSRS is certified to NTEP Class III across all available capacities (1Klb–10Klb). OIML certification applies to the 2Klb–10Klb range, with Class C5 for 2Klb–5Klb and Class C6 for 10Klb. The 563YSRS is suitable for legal-for-trade platform scales, tank and hopper weighing systems, and industrial bench scales. ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions are available with the “-Ex” suffix for hazardous area installations.
