The ANYLOAD 563YSRS is a single-ended beam load cell manufactured from 17-4PH stainless steel, designed for precision weighing applications requiring corrosion resistance, hygienic construction, and legal-for-trade certification. Available in rated capacities from 1Klb to 10Klb, the 563YSRS delivers a full scale output of 2.0 mV/V ±1% with non-linearity, repeatability, and hysteresis error all within ±0.023%, and creep within ±0.030% over 30 minutes, making it well-suited for demanding industrial and commercial weighing systems.

The 563YSRS features an IP68 welded seal rating, providing reliable protection against water ingress in washdown and outdoor environments. Its 17-4PH stainless steel construction makes it appropriate for food processing, chemical, and pharmaceutical weighing applications where hygiene and corrosion resistance are priorities. The load cell is compatible with a 10V recommended excitation (15V maximum) and includes a standard 4.6m cable for straightforward integration into weighing systems.

The 563YSRS is certified to NTEP Class III across all available capacities (1Klb – 10Klb). OIML certification applies to the 2Klb – 10Klb range, with Class C5 for 2Klb – 5Klb and Class C6 for 10Klb. The 563YSRS is suitable for legal-for-trade platform scales, tank and hopper weighing systems, and industrial bench scales. ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions are available with the “-Ex” suffix for hazardous area installations.
