The ANYLOAD 102TH is a nickel-plated alloy steel double ended beam load cell designed for high-capacity multiple-cell weighing systems. It is offered in rated capacities from 25Klb to 125Klb, including SE (small envelope) models at SE50Klb, SE60Klb, and SE75Klb. With a full scale output of 3.0 mV/V and a zero balance of ±0.02 mV/V, the 102TH delivers nonlinearity, hysteresis, and creep all held below ±0.023% of full scale, with repeatability below ±0.017%. Engineers and OEM designers get a dependable, environmentally sealed sensor rated IP67, with a safe overload of 150% and a breaking overload of 300% of full scale.
Installation and integration are straightforward. The datasheet provides dimensional drawings and tables in both inches and millimeters for each capacity group, along with the 1/2-14 NPT thread, approximate weights from 4.9 kg to 21.1 kg, and the full cable color code (Exc+ red, Exc- black, Sig+ green, Sig- white, shield bare). It also documents input and output resistance of 700Ω, a recommended excitation of 10V (15V maximum), and a compensated temperature range of -10°C to 50°C (14°F to 122°F). Standard cable is supplied at 10 m for capacities up to 40Klb and 18 m for SE50Klb and above. Optional versions include lightning protection and a lightning plus rodent protection 50ft cable variant, and a matching 102THM5-AA weigh module is available. The 102TH carries RoHS compliance, NTEP 1:10,000 Class IIIL multiple cell approval, and OIML MAA C4 (Y=15,000) approval for the 11t to 55t range.
