The 106TS is a stainless steel canister load cell engineered for high-capacity industrial weighing, available in rated capacities from 50Klb to 100Klb and 30t to SE50t. Built with a welded seal and IP68 protection rating, it delivers dependable performance in demanding environments such as tank, hopper, and silo weighing systems.
Constructed from 2Cr13 stainless steel, the 106TS delivers a full scale output of 2.0 mV/V ±0.1% and non-linearity below ±0.030%, providing stable, repeatable measurement for demanding industrial applications. The 106TS is also designed for direct interchangeability with competitor systems, cross-referencing with Coti-Global CG-26S7 series and Mettler-Toledo Powercell 760/MTX and Powercell PDX (SLC820) digital load cells. This allows plant engineers and integrators to retrofit or replace existing scale systems without redesigning the underlying mounting structure. Three mounting configurations are available — standard, Mounting Variation A, and Mounting Variation B — each supplied with a matching mounting cap, mounting base, rubber shield, and clamp hardware kit, giving installers flexibility to match existing baseplate geometries. ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions are available with the “-Ex” suffix for use in hazardous locations.
Certified to NTEP 1:10,000 Class IIIL Multiple Cell and OIML MAA C3 (Y=16,000) standards, the 106TS is suitable for legal-for-trade weighing applications across bulk material handling, tank and vessel weighing, process control, and heavy industrial scale manufacturing. With a safe overload of 150% and breaking overload of 300% of full scale, along with a compensated temperature range of -10°C to 50°C, the 106TS is built to perform reliably under sustained industrial loads.
If your application requires a custom mounting configuration or replacement for an existing canister load cell system, ANYLOAD can assist with product selection and cross-reference support. We work with scale manufacturers, integrators, and plant engineers to match capacity, mounting geometry, and certification requirements to specific weighing applications.
