563WS-AB Single Ended Beam Load Cell
The ANYLOAD 563WS-AB is a single-ended beam load cell constructed from 2Cr13 stainless steel, designed for demanding industrial weighing applications requiring environmental protection and hazardous area compliance. Rated at 18Klb capacity, the 563WS-AB features an environmentally sealed IP67 housing with an M12 male connector and delivers a full scale output of 0.9 mV/V ±1%, making it well-suited for process weighing, tank and hopper scales, platform scales, and other structural weighing systems operating in wet, washdown, or corrosive environments.
The load cell is approved for use in hazardous locations under ATEX, FM, and IECEx certifications, with “-Ex” suffix versions available for explosive atmosphere applications. With non-linearity, repeatability, hysteresis, and creep all rated at ≤±0.05%, the 563WS-AB offers consistent and accurate measurement performance across its operating temperature range of -20°C to 50°C (-4°F to 122°F). The unit supports a recommended excitation of 10V (15V maximum) and features 350Ω input and output resistance with a high insulation resistance of >2 GΩ at 50V DC.
Designed for straightforward integration into weighing systems, the 563WS-AB uses a standard 5-pin M12 connector with color-coded wiring for excitation, signal, and shield connections.
