563WS-AA Single Ended Beam Load Cell
The ANYLOAD 563WS-AA is a single-ended beam load cell constructed from 2Cr13 stainless steel, designed for demanding industrial weighing applications requiring environmental protection and high accuracy. Rated at 30Klb capacity, the 563WS-AA delivers a full scale output of 1.5 mV/V ±1% with non-linearity, repeatability, hysteresis, and creep all held to less than ±0.05%, making it well-suited for precision weighing systems in harsh or washdown environments.
The load cell features an IP67 environmentally sealed rating and connects via an M12 male connector with a 5.1 × 1.55 m cable, providing reliable signal integrity in wet, dusty, or corrosive conditions. With a recommended excitation of 10V DC (15V maximum) and input/output resistances of 350 ± 7Ω and 350 ± 3Ω respectively, the 563WS-AA integrates easily into standard Wheatstone bridge weighing systems. Safe overload protection is rated at 150% of full scale with a breaking overload threshold of 300%, ensuring durability under shock or overload conditions.
Certified to CE, ATEX, FM, IECEx, and RoHS standards, the 563WS-AA is available in an explosion-proof “-Ex” variant for use in hazardous area classifications.
