563WH-24B Single Ended Beam Load Cell
The ANYLOAD 563WH-24B is a single-ended beam load cell constructed from nickel-plated alloy steel, rated at 23Klb capacity. Designed for industrial weighing applications requiring a compact, environmentally sealed transducer, the 563WH-24B delivers a full scale output of 1.15 mV/V ±1% with high accuracy performance including non-linearity and hysteresis error both under ±0.05%, and repeatability under ±0.02%. Its IP67 environmental seal makes it suitable for use in wet, dusty, or otherwise demanding industrial environments.
The 563WH-24B features a compensated temperature range of -10°C – 50°C (14°F – 122°F), with a safe overload rating of 150% and ultimate breaking overload of 300% of full scale, providing strong protection against accidental overloading in field installations. With input resistance of 375 Ω ±25 and output resistance of 350 Ω ±3, the load cell is compatible with standard instrumentation and weighing indicators. The recommended excitation is 10V DC with a 15V maximum.
Available in an ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved hazardous area version (563WH-24B-Ex), the load cell meets RoHS compliance and carries CE certification, making it suitable for deployments in both general industrial and potentially explosive atmospheres. The 563WH-24B is well suited for platform scales, tank and hopper weighing, industrial process weighing, and OEM scale system integration where a high-capacity single-ended beam configuration is required.
