563RSM5 Compression Weigh Module

The module is constructed entirely from stainless steel, making it well-suited for washdown, corrosive, or hygienic environments where material durability is essential. Key mechanical features include self-checking with anti-lifting protection, multi-directional overloading isolation, and integrated lateral stops — design elements that extend load cell service life and maintain measurement reliability under dynamic or off-center loading conditions. The module measures 156 mm in length and 96 mm in width, with a 1/2-20 UNF threaded mounting interface and M12 side fasteners.

The 563RSM5 is designed for straightforward integration into new or existing platform, hopper, and tank scale assemblies. The load cell is not included, allowing system integrators and OEMs to pair the module with a compatible 563RS load cell or certified equivalent. The load cells carry OIML, NTEP, CE, ATEX, IECEx, FM, and RoHS certifications, providing flexibility across regulated and industrial weighing applications.
