The ANYLOAD 112AHLB is an alloy steel wireless torque sensor designed for force measurement applications requiring remote data transmission without the constraints of cabling. Operating at 433 MHz, the sensor transmits torque readings wirelessly up to 30 metres at its lowest power setting and up to 75 metres at its highest power setting, provided the transmission path is unobstructed. Powered by six AA alkaline batteries, the 112AHLB offers up to 100 hours of continuous operation at 20°C under lowest power configuration, making it well suited for field-based and portable torque measurement tasks.
Rated at 65 kN.m with a division of 20 Nm, the 112AHLB is built with an alloy steel enclosure and carries an IP67 protection rating, ensuring reliable performance in dusty and wet environments. It supports a maximum safety load of 150% of full scale and an ultimate load of 200% of full scale, with an operating temperature range of -10°C to 50°C (14°F to 122°F) and operating humidity below 85% RH at 20°C. The sensor is CE and RoHS certified, reflecting compliance with European safety and environmental standards.
The 112AHLB is intended for use in torque measurement and force monitoring applications across industries such as industrial machinery, structural testing, material handling, and research and development. Its wireless design eliminates the need for slip rings or trailing cables in rotating or hard-to-access measurement setups. Compatible indicators and display units are to be ordered separately, allowing integration with existing data acquisition systems or ANYLOAD indicator options suited to the application.
For torque measurement applications requiring wireless transmission, portable operation, or installation in challenging environments, ANYLOAD can assist with sensor selection and system integration.
