106BH Canister Load Cell

Available in a compact no-handle configuration at 100t and dual-handle designs for 200t through 1000t, the 106BH offers flexible mounting options to suit a variety of structural layouts. Each load cell is supplied with a 10-meter cable and operates on a recommended excitation of 10V (15V maximum), with a full-scale output of 2.0 mV/V and non-linearity of less than ±0.050%. The design incorporates a safe overload rating of 150% of full scale and a breaking overload of 300%, giving engineers confidence in the cell’s mechanical safety margin for high-load applications.

Corresponding mounting hardware (MC106BH series) is available for each capacity and must be ordered separately to complete installation. ATEX, FM, and IECEx-approved versions are available with an “-Ex” suffix, making the 106BH suitable for use in hazardous-area applications, while standard versions carry CE and RoHS compliance for general industrial deployment. Typical applications include truck scales, railcar scales, tank and silo weighing, and other large-scale structural and process weighing systems requiring high-capacity compression load cells.
