The ANYLOAD TDX Alloy Steel Shackle is a heavy-duty rigging hardware component engineered for lifting, rigging, and load-securing applications across industrial, marine, and construction environments. Available in five sizes with a Work Load Limit (WLL) ranging from 2.5 tons to 30 tons, the TDX shackle is manufactured from high-quality alloy steel to deliver reliable performance under demanding load conditions.

Built to meet ISO 2415-2004 standards, the TDX shackle is tested to a maximum test load of 2 times its rated capacity, with a minimum breaking load of 4 times the rated load, giving engineers and safety managers a wide margin of confidence for critical lifting operations. Compared to standard shackles of equivalent capacity, the TDX design is notably smaller and lighter, making it easier to handle, store, and integrate into rigging assemblies without sacrificing strength.

Each TDX shackle features a bow-and-pin dee-type design with a threaded, cotter-pinned bolt for secure load attachment. Dimensional data — including width (W), pin diameter (D and d), eye spacing (E and P), overall length (S and L), and shipping weight — is provided for all five part numbers (TDX-2.5t through TDX-30t), covering nominal sizes from 7/16″ to 1½”. This makes the TDX shackle suitable for a broad range of rigging, hoisting, towing, and load-restraint applications in industries such as construction, marine, mining, crane operations, and general material handling.
