563YSSB Single Ended Beam Load Cell

The ANYLOAD 563YSSB is a single ended beam load cell machined from 17-4PH stainless steel, designed for platform scale, bench scale, and industrial weighing applications requiring a compact, corrosion-resistant shear beam element. Available in rated capacities from 2.5Klb to 20Klb, the 563YSSB delivers a full scale output of 2.0 mV/V with non-linearity, repeatability, and hysteresis all within ±0.023%, making it suitable for applications demanding NTEP and OIML certified accuracy.

The 563YSSB features a welded seal IP68 construction with a 5.1 × 6m cable, making it well-suited for washdown and outdoor environments. It is approved under NTEP Class III for both single-cell and multiple-cell configurations, and carries OIML MAA C5 and C6 accuracy class certifications depending on capacity. ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions are also available with the “-Ex” suffix for use in hazardous or explosive atmospheres.

The load cell is designed to be mechanically interchangeable with popular models from Cardinal, Coti Global, and Rice Lake, enabling drop-in replacement across existing scale installations without platform modifications. Mounting hardware — including insert and rocker pin options — is available separately under part numbers F563YSSB-1 and F563YSSB-2, both manufactured from 2Cr13 stainless steel with electropolishing. The 563YSSB is CE, RoHS, ATEX, FM, IECEx, and OIML certified, covering a broad range of international regulatory requirements for legal-for-trade and industrial weighing systems.
