535KS Hook Load Pin

The ANYLOAD 535KS is a stainless steel load pin load cell designed for crane, hoist, and lifting equipment applications requiring accurate force measurement in demanding environments. Constructed from 17-4PH stainless steel with an IP68 welded seal rating, the 535KS is built to perform reliably in wet, corrosive, and outdoor environments. Available in capacities from 75t to 150t, the load pin delivers a full scale output of ≥1.0 mV/V with a compensated temperature range of -10°C to 50°C, making it suitable for a broad range of industrial and marine lifting applications.

The 535KS is designed to integrate directly into shackles, winches, lifting spreaders, lifting hooks, lift trucks, lifting arms, and release mooring hooks, replacing standard pins in existing rigging hardware without requiring significant mechanical modification. Its compact cylindrical form factor and standard cable output make installation straightforward for OEM integrators and field service teams. With a safe overload rating of 150% and breaking overload of 300% of full scale, the 535KS provides a reliable safety margin in high-load lifting environments.

ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions are available for use in hazardous and explosive atmospheres, and the load pin is RoHS and CE compliant. Custom configurations are offered for high-temperature operation, cryogenic environments, vacuum compatibility, submersible use, corrosion-resistant finishes, intrinsically safe designs, and alternative signal outputs including analog, Modbus, and CANbus.
