The ANYLOAD 102FS is a 2Cr13 stainless steel double ended beam load cell designed for accurate, durable weight measurement in industrial weighing systems. It is offered in 50Klb and 75Klb rated capacities, with a full scale output of 2.0 mV/V and a zero balance of ±0.02 mV/V. Nonlinearity, repeatability, hysteresis, and 30-minute creep are all held to very tight tolerances, giving engineers and OEM designers consistent, repeatable performance. A welded seal with IP68 protection keeps the element reliable in harsh environments, and the cell is rated for a safe overload of 150% and a breaking overload of 300% of full scale.
Installation and integration are straightforward. The 102FS uses a 1/2-14 NPT thread and ships with a color-coded cable: red for excitation positive, black for excitation negative, green for signal positive, white for signal negative, and a bare shield wire.
