How easy is the ORCA™ to install and service?
The ORCA™ is designed for fast setup and efficient maintenance. Precision-aligned modules, drop-in H-bracket connections, and pre-assembled cabling simplify installation and minimize field labor. Load cells can be accessed from the top through removable service covers, allowing inspection or replacement without lifting the deck.

What maintenance does the ORCA™ require?
Routine inspection and cleaning of the deck surface, load cell pockets, and cabling are generally sufficient. The sealed, continuous-weld design minimizes internal corrosion and the need for frequent adjustments. Preventive maintenance schedules can be customized by your authorized dealer based on site conditions.
