The ANYLOAD J08EP-E and J08SP-E are fiberglass reinforced polyester junction boxes engineered to connect and trim multiple load cells in industrial weighing systems. Supporting between 2 and 8 single-cell load cells in even-numbered configurations, these junction boxes feature quick-removable load cell connectors, switchable on/off power per channel, and section or individual load cell trim pots, allowing technicians to balance multi-cell scale systems accurately during installation and service.
Built with an IP67-rated fiberglass reinforced polyester housing, the J08EP-E and J08SP-E are designed to withstand harsh industrial environments including dust, moisture, and washdown conditions. Both models include lightning and over-voltage protection, a preinstalled GORE® breather vent to manage internal pressure, and a conformal coated circuit board to resist condensation and corrosion over time. An expansion port enables additional junction boxes to be connected for larger multi-cell systems, while dedicated grounding studs and clear cable shielding guidance help prevent ground loops and protect against surge damage.
The J08EP-E offers section and excitation trim, while the J08SP-E offers section and signal trim, giving system integrators flexibility to match calibration methods to specific load cell configurations. With M20 cable fittings accommodating 6mm to 12mm diameter cables on both input and output sides, these junction boxes integrate readily into existing load cell wiring. Typical applications include truck scales, tank and hopper weighing systems, platform scales, and other multi-load-cell industrial weighing installations where reliable signal summing and trimming are essential.
