Each junction box is equipped with independent potentiometers for section or individual cell trimming, allowing technicians to fine-tune excitation or signal trim based on load cell resistance (350Ω, 700Ω, or 1000Ω). Captive stainless steel screws prevent lost hardware during field servicing, while M16 input cable fittings (4-8mm cable) and M20 output cable fittings (5-9mm cable) accommodate standard load cell and system cabling requirements.

The J12ES and J12SS product line is available in multiple configurations to match specific installation needs, including excitation trim or signal trim versions, with or without lightning protection. ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions are available with the “-Ex” suffix, making these junction boxes suitable for use in hazardous location applications such as grain handling and chemical processing facilities.
