The ANYLOAD AXA Axle Weigh Pad is a compact, portable axle weighing system built for mobile and field-based vehicle weighing applications. Available in three platform sizes — AXA-3, AXA-5, and AXA-8 — the series covers capacities from 0.5t (1Klb) up to 20t (44Klb), making it suitable for light vehicles through heavy commercial trucks and transport equipment. The powder-coated aluminum chassis, IP68 waterproof rating, and wide operating temperature range of -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F) ensure reliable performance across demanding outdoor and all-weather environments.
Each pad features a 6-digit FSTN LCD with LED backlight and is powered by a rechargeable 18650 Li-ion battery rated for up to 600 hours of continuous operation. Zigbee wireless communication enables cable-free multi-pad setups, and the rugged polycarbonate front cover provides added impact resistance for field use. The AXA-8 model adds a weigh-in-motion (WIM) capability for dynamic vehicle axle measurement without requiring a full stop.
The AXA system pairs with the ANYLOAD AN560 portable wireless indicator, which supports up to 8 AXA pads simultaneously and includes a built-in thermal printer, 24-key keypad, and E-ink display — making it a fully self-contained portable axle weighing solution for enforcement, logistics, agriculture, and fleet management operations. An optional AXA-8-EXT-30 extension pad is available separately to accommodate wider axle spans on the AXA-8 platform.

No. The accuracy level of weigh pads is not eligible for legal-for-trade in Canada. For NTEP Class IIII: Law Enforcement (only applicable in some U.S. states), we may apply if there is substantial interest, as we have tested our weigh pads to be able to perform at this standard. We do not recommend axle weigh pads for high-accuracy weighing purposes; for that, use at least an axle scale or ideally a weighbridge truck scale.
