108BA 싱글 포인트 로드셀
The ANYLOAD 108BA is an aluminum, clear anodized single point load cell designed for platform scale and weighing system applications. Available in capacities from 3 kg to 150 kg, it supports reference platform sizes up to 400×400 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of compact to mid-size platform scale builds. The 108BA delivers a full scale output of 2.0 mV/V and features an environmentally sealed IP66 rating, ensuring reliable performance in light industrial and commercial weighing environments.
The load cell is manufactured from clear anodized aluminum and provides high accuracy performance with non-linearity, repeatability, and hysteresis error all rated at less than ±0.017% of full scale. Its low creep specification of less than ±0.023% over 30 minutes supports stable, repeatable measurements in continuous-use applications. With a recommended excitation of 10V (15V maximum) and a standard 4-wire cable with shield, the 108BA integrates easily into most weighing indicator and junction box systems.
ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions are available with the “-Ex” suffix for use in hazardous area environments. The 108BA is NTEP certified at 1:5,000 Class III for single cell use and carries OIML-CS approval — C7.5 (Y=20,000) for 6–40 kg capacities and C6 (Y=29,000) for 50–150 kg capacities. Optional configurations include 1m or 3m cable lengths, a side cable exit variant (108BA-03-6kg), and a stainless steel version (108BS) for more demanding environments.
The 108BA is interchangeable with leading industry models including the Mettler-Toledo MT1022, Flintec PC22, HBM PW6C and PW6K, Rice Lake RL1521A, Vishay Celtron LPS ME, and Vishay Tedea-Huntleigh 1022, simplifying system upgrades and cross-brand replacements.
