고대 카누 복원을 위한 장력 계량 모듈

고고학의 지속적인 발전으로 고대 유물의 발굴, 복원, 보존은 특히 수중 고고학과 고대 배의 발굴에서 점점 더 중요해지고 있습니다. 량주 문화촌에서는 역사적, 고고학적으로 엄청난 가치를 지닌 중요한 문화유산인 5,000년 된 카누가 발견되었습니다. 하지만 발굴, 보존, 복원 작업에는 여러 가지 위험과 과제가 존재합니다.

도전 과제

공기에 노출되면 카누의 수분 함량이 급격히 변하고 환경의 변화로 인해 상태가 악화되어 5,000년 된 유물이 역사에서 사라질 수 있습니다. 발굴 후 카누는 표면 세척, 지지대 배치, 담수화 및 탈색, 열 침투, 동결 건조 등 여러 단계를 거칩니다. 동결 건조 단계는 특히 중요한데, -40°C에서 1~2개월 동안 카누를 동결한 후 진공 고온 탈수 및 안정화 과정을 거쳐 1~2개월 더 동결 건조해야 하기 때문입니다. 이 과정에서 로드셀은 이러한 가혹한 조건에서 높은 정밀도를 유지해야 하며, 카누의 무게를 정확하게 모니터링하여 동결 건조 공정이 완료되는 시점을 결정해야 합니다.
  1. 센서는 -40°C~+90°C의 온도 범위에서 지속적으로 작동해야 하므로 극한의 온도에 장시간 노출되어도 데이터 안정성이 요구됩니다.
  2. 진공 환경에서 작동해야 하므로 센서의 성능이 진공 조건에 영향을 받지 않아야 합니다.
  3. 센서는 높은 습도를 견뎌내야 하므로 습기에 강하고 성능에 영향을 주지 않아야 합니다.

솔루션

  1. 이 센서는 맞춤형 고온 및 저온 스트레인 게이지를 사용하며, 데이터 안정성을 보장하기 위해 온도 보정 및 피로 테스트를 추가했습니다.
  2. 전기 절연성, 화학적 안정성, 넓은 온도 범위, 낮은 휘발성을 갖춘 특수 진공 밀봉 소재를 사용합니다. 엘라스토머 소재는 특수 연마 및 검사를 거치고, 항공우주 등급의 진공 케이블을 사용하여 센서가 진공 환경에서 작동할 수 있도록 합니다.
  3. 스트레인 게이지 보호, 두 층의 진공 재료 밀봉, 캡 밀봉 등 3중 밀봉 시스템이 사용됩니다. 이러한 다층 보호 기능은 습기가 센서의 성능에 영향을 미치는 것을 효과적으로 방지합니다.

결론

애니로드의 진공 고온 및 저온 로드셀을 개발하는 과정에서 수많은 난관에 직면했습니다. 하지만 소재 선택, 온도 보정 개선, 밀봉 방법 개선을 통해 극한 조건에서도 높은 정밀도를 유지할 수 있도록 센서를 설계했습니다.
향후에는 특수한 환경에서 스트레인 기반 로드셀의 성능을 더욱 향상시켜 더 광범위한 애플리케이션에 중요한 지원을 제공하는 것을 목표로 하고 있습니다.
