ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved variants are available with the “-Ex” suffix for use in hazardous locations and explosive atmospheres. The 563WS30 delivers a 3.0 mV/V output, while the 563WS provides 2.0 mV/V, with non-linearity and repeatability held to ±0.02% on enhanced variants (with hysteresis and creep up to ±0.03%).
