The CB4 is a 4-wire load cell cable engineered for reliable signal transmission in load cell and weighing system installations. Constructed with tinned copper conductors, an aluminum foil tape layer, and a tinned copper shield beneath a PVC outside jacket, the CB4 provides consistent electrical performance and durability across a wide operating temperature range of -30°C to 70°C (-22°F to 158°F). With wire resistance of ≤ 0.09 Ω/m and capacitance of ≤ 80 PF/m, the cable maintains stable signal integrity for accurate load cell communication over extended cable runs.
The CB4 is available in two conductor sizes to suit different installation requirements: a 5.1mm outside diameter version with 24 AWG conductors and 0.212mm²/wire cross-section, and a 7.6mm outside diameter version with 22 AWG conductors and 0.314mm²/wire cross-section. Both variants are offered in 100m loose lengths as well as 300m and 500ft reel-mounted options, giving installers flexibility for both short connections and long-distance cable runs in industrial weighing systems.
Designed for use across scale manufacturing, industrial weighing, and load cell integration applications, the CB4 cable pairs well with ANYLOAD load cells, junction boxes, and weight indicators. Its shielded construction helps protect low-level load cell signals from electrical noise, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and commercial weighing environments.
If your application requires a specific cable length, gauge, or custom configuration, ANYLOAD can assist with product selection and technical guidance. We work with scale manufacturers and system integrators to identify the right cable specifications for their load cell wiring and installation requirements.
