With a 0.63″ (16mm) internal diameter and 0.8″ (20mm) external diameter, the CA cable armor accommodates standard load cell cabling while maintaining a 2″ (50mm) minimum bending radius, allowing flexible routing around equipment, conveyors, structural supports, and other obstructions common in industrial facilities. The armor is supplied in 100m rolls (CAHP20-1/2-100m), with the corresponding end fitting (CAEFGI-1/2) sold separately, giving installers the flexibility to order the exact length and number of fittings needed for each project.

This cable protection system is well suited for scale houses, truck scales, tank and hopper weighing systems, conveyor installations, and any application where cable runs are exposed to rodents, foot traffic, moisture, or mechanical impact. By enclosing load cell signal wiring in a rugged, flexible sheath, the CA armor helps reduce downtime, signal interference, and maintenance costs associated with damaged or compromised cabling.
